Worked out for at least 45 mins every day (some days she did twice this!)
Read 10 pages
Stuck to a meal plan and never had a cheat meal
Consumed a crap ton of water
Abstained from all alcohol
Took a progress picture of herself every day
And the results??
Julie lost a total of 12.5 inches in body measurements, with just about 2 inches off at both the hips AND the waist.
